Your Insurance Company Has an Expert.
Now You Do Too.

Appraisal and umpire services available statewide across Texas.

Most homeowners and business owners don't know this:

When you dispute an insurance settlement, you have the right to hire your own appraiser. And if both sides can't agree, a neutral umpire decides.

BNRB Construction has navigated countless claims, residential and commercial, across the state of Texas. They know every argument adjusters use to minimize payouts. And they know how to counter them.

If your insurer is underpaying, delaying, or denying your claim, you don't have to accept it.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 — Free Claim Review
Contact us with your claim details. We review the situation, assess your options, and tell you whether the appraisal process is the right move for your case.

Step 2 — You Invoke the Appraisal Clause

Most Texas property insurance policies include an appraisal clause. You trigger it, we step in as your licensed appraiser and begin a formal assessment of your loss.

Step 3 — We Fight Your Number

We document the full scope of damage — including everything the adjuster missed — and present it in the format that holds up under scrutiny. Our owner has been on both sides of this process. He builds the strongest case possible.

Step 4 — Umpire Process (If Needed)

If your appraiser and the insurer's appraiser can't agree, both sides select a neutral umpire. BNRB's owner also serves as a licensed umpire — so no matter which role is needed, you have a credentialed professional in the room.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Residential homeowners whose storm, flood, fire, or windstorm claim was underpaid or denied.

Commercial property owners facing a disputed business interruption or property damage claim.

Anyone in Texas who has received a settlement that doesn't cover what they lost.

SERVICE AREA

Appraisal and umpire services are available statewide across Texas — not just the Rio Grande Valley. We travel for the right case.
